1. Services

Apex Flow Plumbing and Rooter provides residential and commercial plumbing services in the Metro City area. By booking a service, you agree to these terms. All work is performed by licensed master plumbers and is subject to local code requirements.

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided in writing before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a service plan agreement is in place. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and bank transfer. A deposit may be required for large commercial projects.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 14 days. We will return and remedy the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship, not materials supplied by the customer or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of booking.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $75 service call fee. Emergency bookings are non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex Flow's liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, consequential losses, or damage caused by customer-supplied materials. All technicians are fully insured - details available upon request.
